Thank you so much for supporting REBELJONES! Every order means the world to me and is packed with care from my cozy studio.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-5 working days.

To help me balance creating, packing, and running REBELJONES, orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping times listed below.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.

After experiencing issues with parcels going missing or arriving damaged, I have chosen to offer tracked shipping only. This helps provide a more reliable service and allows both of us to keep an eye on your parcel's journey.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and can occasionally take longer during busy periods.

International Shipping

I currently offer tracked shipping only for all international orders.

Please be aware that customs processing and local postal services may occasionally cause delays that are outside of my control.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

Shipping to the European Union (EU)

At this time, I am unfortunately unable to ship to countries within the European Union.

I know this is disappointing, and I am actively working on a solution that will allow me to offer EU shipping in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding while I work through the requirements.
