  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • I accept returns for all products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact me at Becc@rebeljones.com within the specified return period. I will guide you through the return process.
    • Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting information or photographs, if required.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
    • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  3. Refunds:

    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund within 5 days.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
    • Shipping costs (if applicable) and any non-refundable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  4. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me at Becc@rebeljones.com immediately.
    • Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting information or photographs.
    • We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, either by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.
